To everyone building a life across borders,
Today, people live globally in ways that would have been hard to imagine just a generation ago. We work for companies in other countries. We get paid internationally. We support our family back home. We subscribe to tools from around the world. We travel, earn, spend, and build across borders as part of one connected economy.
And yet, money still moves as though the world never changed. Transfers are slow. Foreign exchange fees appear when you least expect them. A card works in one place and fails in another. And too often, people are forced to use multiple apps and services just to do something simple: move and use their own money.
For 3.5+ billion people across the Global South, there is another layer to this problem. People can work hard, save consistently, and still watch the value of those savings erode as local currencies weaken against the dollar. For those living abroad, the question is not whether to hold dollars, it's how soon.

These gaps don't feel fair, and that's exactly why we started Kite.
Building always-on finance
At Kite, we are building what we believe money should have become by now: an always-on financial experience for a world that no longer fits inside one country, one currency, or one financial system.
We are building a premium dual-rail money application for modern global lives. We do not believe the future of money is fiat or stablecoins. We believe it is both, working together seamlessly in one simple, intuitive experience.
That belief is reflected in our logo too: two rails coming together as one. Because that is the future we see clearly, a unified money experience where the underlying rails matter less, and what you can do with your money matters more.
Two rails coming together as one.
The future we're building
The future we are building is simple to describe, even if it is complex to build:
- A world where the country you were born in matters less than the way you live.
- A world where your savings are not quietly eroded by geography.
- A world where moving money across borders is not complex & expensive.
- A world where global access is the default, not a privilege reserved for a few.
- A world where money feels truly internet-native: open, instant, and always available.
If your life can move across borders, your money should too.
